Products are provided as-is for laboratory research. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for ensuring that you have the knowledge, facilities, and legal authority necessary to safely receive, store, handle, and use research materials.
2. Eligibility

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of research materials are permitted by applicable law and appropriate for their facilities. PeptideAmerica reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where these terms cannot be satisfied.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions and documentation status are provided for reference. Where source reports are published, analytical results come from the identified, dated report matched to that compound. Reports are matched to the compound named in the source PDF. They are not represented as documentation for the specific vial being purchased. PeptideAmerica makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research protocol.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of order. PeptideAmerica reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to violate these terms or applicable regulations.
5. Shipping
Shipping is limited to the United States. Availability and shipping timing are confirmed during order processing. Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
PeptideAmerica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Compliance
