Everything you need to know before ordering
Answers on specifications, documentation, orders, and shipping. Support is limited to these topics.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship from our US facility. Processing and carrier transit times are confirmed in your order confirmation, and every order includes tracking.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product references on the exterior. Vials are cushioned and packed to arrive intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. All card payments are processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection.
Are your products third-party tested?
Analytical testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories. Where a Certificate of Analysis has been issued for a lot, it is linked on that product's page with the lot number and issue date. If no report is shown, none is on file yet for that lot.
How should the vials be stored?
As shipped, lyophilized material is stable at room temperature during transit and may be held at 2–8°C for longer storage. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot for any product-specific handling notes. We do not provide reconstitution, preparation, or application guidance.
What is your policy if an order arrives damaged or does not match its documentation?
If an order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders from international research institutions are handled case-by-case — contact us to check availability for your region.
Can you advise on how to use these materials?
No. These materials are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use. We cannot provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or protocol guidance, and our staff cannot answer such questions through any channel.
