Shipping Policy

1. Eligible Orders

Shipping is limited to eligible United States orders.

2. Availability and Timing

Orders received before 12pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day. All other orders are processed the next business day. Availability is confirmed during order processing. An order request is not confirmation of payment. Fulfillment starts only after payment is confirmed.

Standard U.S. shipping is $12. It is free on orders whose merchandise subtotal reaches $250 before discount. Promotional discounts do not reduce the shipping charge unless the offer explicitly includes shipping.

The cart and checkout show the shipping charge separately from merchandise before submission. Shipping is not part of the qualifying merchandise amount for a promotional offer.

3. Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is ready. Tracking usually starts moving once the carrier scans the package.
